Customer Experience: Page Help and FAQ Videos
Along with my curriculum work at MobyMax, an educational technology company offering differentiated learning solutions for K-8 students, I designed and developed Page Help and FAQ videos for our customers. These videos offer instant solutions for our
customers – typically teachers – and make for a successful overall customer experience.
Page Help Videos
The Page Help videos show teachers how to use each page in their accounts. They can access these videos by clicking the question mark in the upper right corner of the screen. After a significant overhaul to the user interface, I created videos for both new and updated features. I made sure these videos were clear, concise, and to the point—getting busy teachers the answers they need as quickly as possible so they can get back to their students!

FAQ Videos
The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) videos address customers’ most common questions and help streamline the customer journey. Most customers consult the FAQ pages when they have questions because they’re looking for a quick explanation. I designed these videos to be both informative and efficient.
